Scots Lassies...

Big chance for three Scots lassies to get a break! Ivy Benson signed up for a Forces tour in Europe starting in July, hopes to augment her All Girls Band with one straight singer, one comedienne, one dancer - the latter preferably able to play an instrument as well.

Ivy's at the Empire, Glasgow this week, Empire, Edinburgh next week; will give auditions each morning from 10.30. She asked me to remind applicants that they must be over 18 for the tour abroad.

Singer wanted...

Ivy Benson, who tops the bill at the Empire this week with her famous All-Girls Band tells me they are to leave for a Continental tour early in July.
And it is just possible that some as yet unknown Glasgow girl will be going along with them, for Ivy is looking for a good-looking straight singer and hopes to find one during her two weeks in Scotland.

Fife, saxophonist, who joined last week making her very
first out of Scotland to become a Benson girl.
